Medical Services - Pre-Employment Medicals
Employers are increasingly seeking pre-employment medical assessment of potential employees, due to the large costs involving injury management and workers compensation throughout the Australian community. Potential employers seek rapid access, expert assessment and timely feedback in order to help them manage their workforce in an effective manner.
PMRC currently conducts around 50 pre-employment medical examinations per week. Patients are seen as soon as possible, and e-mail assessments are provided to the employer immediately following the consultation in order to contribute to efficient HR processes.
Assessments are based on expert analysis of job descriptions and individual evaluation of medical suitability for employment, and hence the risk of future health problems.
