Physical Services - Gym Programs

The PMRC gym programs are designed for clients to continue to improve their muscular strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and balance, whilst in a familiar environment.

The gym programs are individualised programs written by our exercise physiologists that are updated to enable maintenance and progression of their health and fitness level.

The gym program involves two sessions per week at times which suit the client. The self-managed gym program allows the client to have full access to equipment, flexibility with time and the reassurance of having an accredited exercise physiologist available if needed.
