Physical Services
PMRC offers a wide range of health and physical rehabilitation services to suit all individuals. PMRC has a team of friendly Accredited Exercise Physiologists to guide the client through their chosen program. The programs are more then just exercise and stretching; the clients are taught how to move efficiently and balance the musculoskeletal system. The clients are given all the materials necessary to assist them to incorporate these activities into their daily lives and achieve their goals.
The tailored programs use an array of equipment to achieve the goals of the patient including multi purpose cybex machine, thera-bands, wobble boards, foam rollers, dura-disc, stability balls and weights that add variety and allow the program to be self-managed, ensuring long term health behaviour change.
